Nicole is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (P8384). She takes an authentic, person-centred approach to her work with clients, and focuses on creating a strong therapeutic relationship to support you in reaching your goals. With an emphasis on evidence-based practice and healing through connection, therapy with Nic often includes laughter, colourful language, and the phrase “that makes sense”, followed by some kind of psychoeducation on how the brain processes rejection or the importance of sleep and good nutrition for your mental health.
